Job Description

As an experienced Graphic Designer and Web Developer Trainer, your role will involve imparting your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to aspiring designers and developers. You should possess a deep understanding of graphic design principles and web development techniques, enabling you to effectively communicate and teach these concepts to students.

Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering training sessions on various graphic design and web development topics, creating engaging learning materials and projects for hands-on experiences, offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students enhance their skills, and staying updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum. Collaboration with other trainers and staff to enhance training programs and mentoring students through their learning journey will also be essential.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a graphic designer and web developer with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Prior experience in teaching or mentoring others in these concepts is advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for explaining technical concepts clearly, while a passion for education and a supportive attitude towards students are key qualities. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively are also required. A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in graphic design and web development is essential.
