Backoffice in India. Proprietary technology. Processes around 2500 patients a day. 8 data centres across the world. Seeking a Head of HR to lead talent acquisition and performance management for its Global Delivery Centre in Mumbai focussed on building scalable hiring strategies, driving KPI-based performance, and enabling a high-efficiency, compliant workforce.
Position Description :

- Lead high-volume talent acquisition for clinical support and back-office roles.

- Design and track KPIs (productivity, turnaround time, quality, SLA adherence).

- Partner with operations to support 24/7 global delivery models (US/UK time zones).

- Build workforce planning and capacity models for growing volumes.

- Drive performance management systems and accountability frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and global standards.

- Strengthen employee engagement and retention in a fast paced environment.

- Responsible for workforce readiness for global operations.
Hiring Profile :

- PG with 10-14 years of HR experience with strong focus on talent acquisition & HR operations in BPO/KPO/global delivery setups.

- Strong understanding of metrics-driven environments and SLAs.

- Proven ability to scale teams rapidly while maintaining quality.

- Excellent stakeholder management across international teams.

- Ability to work across time zones.

- Will work out of office in South Central Mumbai.

- Report to CEO / Global Operations Head.
