POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with the founder in driving organizational vision and culture across the entire organisation.

- Positioning the agency appropriately.

- Assist in setting the annual budget and plans, lead in tracking and course correcting on an ongoing basis to deliver on quarterly and annual projections.

- Ensure that client relationships lead to excellent creative work.

- Ensure that the account team delivers best in class service to clients; that all the conditions are in place to allow creativity to flourish.

- Responsible for new client acquisition, retention, operational excellence, and profitability.

- Mentorship and leadership to the account management function.

- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally.

- Bring in best practices, wherever needed.

- Help to generate new business streams and opportunities.

- Grow the business by developing and executing sound idea driven solutions consistently for a variety of clients and persistently help develop quality output.

- Sustain high levels of client and agency motivation.

- Lead and demonstrate excellence in implementation.

- Ensure best in class external documentation, pitch presentations, commercial and legal agreements.

- Manage team in a fiscally responsible way, ensuring agency is being paid fairly for the work it does, and protecting the value of its output at all times.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Mumbai based ( must )

- MBA / post graduate, with overall experience of 11-14 years, of which at least the most recent 6 in the digital advertising agency space.

- Track record of growing business, with proven success of building brands and relationships with decision makers.

- Must be comfortable in working in a small and ambitious set up and growing it.

- Fluent in the digital ecosystem: content, social, media, automation, martech, and how they come together for business outcomes.

- People oriented, tenacious, confident individual with deep love for the advertising profession.

- Comfort in dealing with clients at the decision-making level.

- Should be able to provide effective business and team leadership.

- Maturity and sensitivity to handle clients, colleagues, and other business associates.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication; initiative and follow-through skills.
