Job Description

    As a skilled Sales Trainer at Credila, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for call center and field sales teams across India. Your focus will be on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and communication to build a scalable sales training infrastructure and boost sales performance.
    Responsibilities:
    - Design & Deliver Training:
    - Structure and conduct interactive training modules covering sales soft skills (communication, negotiation, objection handling, sales pitch) and provide comprehensive product and process training for Sales Executives and Call Center employees.
    - Coaching & Evaluation:
    - Offer personalized coaching to sales executives by analyzing client interactions, identifying performance gaps, and providing actionable feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.
    - Product & Process Mastery:
    - Collaborate with subject-matter experts to understand and document Credila's products and internal sales processes. Update training materials as needed.
    - Customization & Evaluation:
    - Adapt training methods and content for diverse sales teams. Regularly assess training outcomes and participant progress.
    - Onboarding & Ongoing Development:
    - Lead onboarding programs for new hires and provide continuous learning sessions for current staff to improve sales performance.
    - Training Infrastructure Support:
    - Help in building a scalable training infrastructure to support continuous hiring and development.

    - Hands-on experience in conducting both classroom and virtual training
    - Bachelor's degree; training certifications preferred
