Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting the financial planning and analysis function for a specific business unit within Credit Suisse. You will work closely with senior management to provide insightful analysis and forecasting.

What you will do: You will prepare financial reports, build financial models, and analyze financial performance. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and providing explanations.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a finance role (Entry Level).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
