Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts. You will work closely with senior management to provide insightful financial analysis.

What you will do: You will assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. You'll also contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
