Investment Banking Analyst - Equity Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in executing equity capital markets transactions for our diverse clientele.

What you will do: You will be involved in financial modeling, client communication, and deal execution, gaining crucial experience in the equity markets landscape.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation for IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other equity transactions.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients and potential investors.
• Support the due diligence process.
• Assist in the preparation and review of offering documents.
• 
  Assist in managing client relationships and communication.
• Monitor market conditions and industry trends.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Understanding of equity capital markets principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
