Operational Risk Manager

What role you will play in team: Contribute to the firm's risk management framework, ensuring operational resilience and control across business units.

What you will do: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within the firm's credit and risk operations, focusing on data security and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct operational risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with business units to embed risk management practices.
• 
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing operational risks and mitigation efforts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
