Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Collection Executive (Field Executive). The Collection Executive will be responsible for doing field visits. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to collect overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and coordinating with the headquarter team.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases
Basic Understanding of Loan & Loan recovery
Requirements:
You are required to do field visits to customers residence and office if needed, depending upon case requirement
You will be offered Flat 5% of the loan recovered amount + Basic salary.
Achieving good targets will make you eligible for additional bonuses.
