Position: Legal Intern

Location: Raipur Chhattisgarh

Duration: 3-6 Months

Stipend: 5k/month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. The intern will assist the legal department in handling day-to-day legal tasks, ensuring compliance, and supporting various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Support in maintaining and organizing legal records and documentation
• Help in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Assist in handling regulatory filings and correspondence
• Provide support in dispute resolution and litigation matters, if any
• Coordinate with internal teams for legal clarifications and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of corporate, financial, and contract law
• Prior internship experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
