Overview

We are looking for experienced CRM Consultants with strong CRM platform knowledge, experience in pharmaceutical commercial processes (particularly for functional roles), and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective CRM solutions.

• Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Greater Noida, Pune

• Responsibilities
• Analyze pharma commercial business processes and translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Gather requirements, document user stories, and support functional solution design.
• Configure Salesforce/Veeva CRM, including flows, validation rules, custom objects, and permissions.
• Support data migration, data quality, and CRM administration activities.
• Prepare test scripts and support functional testing and validation.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams in Agile delivery environments.
• Requirements
• 7+ years of IT experience, with strong pharmaceutical commercial domain knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM in a Business Analyst, Administrator, or Functional Consultant role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong configuration skills, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, user stories, and solution design.
• Knowledge of Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar data migration tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience preparing test scripts.
