Role & responsibilities
Heading the Machine shop Division ( CNC and Conventional )
Do Feasibility study and Costing for New Product, Mass Production
Machine Selection, Tool Selection & Vendor Developments.
Meet Production Target
Lead and motivate team to achieve the Target given
Preferred candidate profile
Degree or Diploma Mechanical with min 10 yrs Exp in Handling Machine Shop ( CNC & Conventional Both preferably HMC,VMC,CNC Turning center )

Should be able to manage a Team of Around 50 people
Should have knowledge of Mass Production (experience in Heavy Casting will be added advantage )
Should be able to Read Drawing , Knowledge of Cycle Time , Costing , Feasibility Study and Tool Selection.
