Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Validate survey content and quality; verify accuracy of data and resolve errors
- Prepare and maintain standard & custom client deliverables
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities
- Create and ensure quality of research products
- Provide exceptional levels of support, including being responsive, minimize errors, managing client expectations, etc.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including sample management, fielding, survey programming, and implementation.

- Use data visualization apps such as QlikView to present research findings in a clear and engaging manner
- Stay up to date with client communications and provide regular updates
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration
- Demonstrate talent development skills to mentor, coach, and train new Associates
