Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Validate survey content and quality; verify accuracy of data and resolve errors

• Prepare and maintain standard & custom client deliverables
• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities
• Create and ensure quality of research products
• Provide exceptional levels of support, including being responsive, minimize errors, managing client expectations, etc.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including sample management, fielding, survey programming, and implementation.
