Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for mobilizing Fixed Income Securities through Public Issues & Private Placements of bonds in the Indian Debt Market. You will originate deals from the market on a daily basis, cater to clients" fixed income requirements, process proposals from financial institutions, and place deals with bankers and other institutions. Additionally, you will need to understand the structure, terms, and risks of various fixed income instruments, advise clients on their debt portfolio, and mentor team members in the fixed income market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize Fixed Income Securities through Public Issues & Private Placements
- Originate deals from the market daily
- Cater to clients" fixed income requirements
- Process proposals from financial institutions
- Place deals with bankers and other institutions
- Understand and explain the structure, terms, and risks of fixed income instruments
- Advise clients on their debt portfolio
- Profile and prepare model debt portfolios for clients
- Mentor team members in the fixed income market
Qualifications Required:
- Post Graduation in CA (Chartered Accountant), M.Com. (Commerce), MBA/ PGDM (Commerce, CA (Final), Finance)

- Understanding of Balance sheet, P&L, Cashflows
- Brief knowledge of Mutual Funds, NCD, CP, Bonds, Fixed Income Market, and Money Market instruments
- Good command in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to use various websites simultaneously
- Good Communication Skills
