Business Development (Sales) Internship In Ahmedabad

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Make outbound calls to potential participants, organizations, partners, exhibitors, and award applicants.
• Promote OPIF and generate interest among prospective stakeholders.
• Share information regarding the event agenda, speakers, participation benefits, registration process, exhibition opportunities, partnerships, and awards.
• Respond to participant queries via phone calls and emails.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize registrations and participation.
• Maintain and update outreach databases, call logs, and communication records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Support email marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve participant engagement and outreach processes.
• Assist in other event-related coordination activities as required.
