Job Overview :

A Stock and Quality Analyst is responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing stock data, and ensuring product quality within an organization. This role often involves collaboration with various departments, such as supply chain, production, and quality control.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and analyse inventory turnover rates to optimize stock management.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and recorded stock.

  Analyse sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify trends.
• Prepare reports on stock performance, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify opportunities for improving inventory management processes and quality control measures.
• Recommend changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding stock management and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and quality checks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to align inventory strategies with business goals.
• Provide training and support to staff on stock management and quality control procedures.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, quality defects, or supplier performance.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.
• Utilize inventory management software and data analytics tools to enhance tracking and reporting capabilities.
