With a strong presence in India through its Global Capability Center (GCC), the organization supports millions of customers annually and is currently undergoing significant digital and operational transformation.

The India teams play a critical role in product development, engineering, and global operations, partnering closely with US leadership.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a high-impact Master Black Belt leader to drive enterprise-wide process excellence and operational transformation across global teams.

This role will focus on:

- driving scalability

- improving speed-to-market

- enhancing quality

- embedding a data-driven improvement culture

The role requires strong collaboration with US business, product, and technology leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

- Align process initiatives with business strategy, product roadmaps, and OKRs

- Identify and drive high-impact transformation opportunities across cost, quality, and customer experience

Master Black Belt Leadership

- Lead and mentor Black Belts and Green Belts across functions

- Govern large-scale, complex improvement programs

- Build capability in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Digital Process Excellence

Operational Excellence

Drive end-to-end process optimization across:

- product development

- engineering operations

- support functions

- Reduce cycle time, defects, and inefficiencies

- Partner with engineering teams on automation, AI, and digitization initiatives

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to global leadership (US stakeholders)

- Translate analytics into executive-level insights and recommendations

- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Culture & Continuous Improvement

- Embed a continuous improvement culture across the organization

- Integrate process excellence into governance and performance frameworks

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field

- Certified Master Black Belt (mandatory)

Experience

15+ years of experience, including:

- technology / product-led organizations engineering or digital environments

- 8+ years leading enterprise process excellence programs

- Experience working with US/global stakeholders

Core Skills

- Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, DFSS

- Agile and digital delivery models

- Product engineering lifecycle / DevOps understanding

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication

Success Metrics

- Adoption of enterprise-wide process frameworks

- Measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and speed

- Strong internal capability (Black Belt pipeline)

- High credibility with global stakeholders
