The Business Development and Marketing team works across 26 offices, 12 services and 11 sectors to ensure Cundall continues to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering. We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our award-winning Dubai office.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day support to the MENA Marketing and Business Development team with a particular focus on marketing communications and social media.
Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the marketing team in delivering marketing communication campaigns

• Helping to compose and post online content including social media
• Assisting in the organisation of client events
• Measuring post engagement, reporting analytics and making recommendations for improvement
• Providing creative ideas for content marketing
• Assisting in the creation of best-in-class marketing collateral
• Supporting the updating and maintenance of content on Cundall’s website
• Collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and objectives

The Skills
As a Citizen of the UAE, you will hold a business related or marketing degree, with demonstrable practical experience within the field of marketing communications. You’re curious about how content is performing and how to drive social media engagement. Crucially, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
It is essential that you are bilingual in English and Arabic, and can present a professional and positive image to clients in written and verbal communication. Your ability to develop proactive relationships with stakeholders will be essential to the role.
