Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote Curagers home healthcare services, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and generate business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, corporate offices, and community networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market Curagers home healthcare services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and referral partners.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer databases in CRM systems.
• Participate in healthcare events, medical camps, and networking activities.
• Build partnerships with corporates, senior citizen communities, and resident welfare associations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, or home healthcare services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel within the region.
