Cure.Fit - Senior Key Account Manager - Cult Apparel

Role Overview:
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Senior Key Account Manager to own the end-to-end MP business for Cult Apparel. The role will own revenue, assortment, inventory, pricing, promotions, advertising, visibility and the Myntra relationship, with a strong focus on profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & P&L:
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets for assigned marketplaces.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, media and inventory.
- Monitor account P&L and identify opportunities to improve revenue and contribution.
Account & Commercial Management:
- Own the relationship with Myntra category and account teams.
- Build and execute the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP).
- Lead negotiations on Terms of Trade, commissions, marketing investments, promotions and visibility.
- Identify opportunities for incremental growth and platform support.
Assortment & Inventory:

- Own the assortment strategy for Cult Apparel.
- Drive style-level productivity, sell-through, newness and assortment optimization.
- Partner with planning and supply chain to ensure the right inventory by style, colour and size.
- Own sales forecasting and proactively manage stock-outs and excess inventory.
Ads & Growth:
- Hands-on experience with Myntra and Flipkart PLA and other advertising solutions.
- Optimize media investments based on ROAS, TACOS, sales potential and inventory.
- Drive organic and paid visibility through search, merchandising and platform opportunities.
Promotions & Analytics:
- Build the annual promotional and sale-event calendar.
- Own business planning for key Myntra events, including pricing, inventory and visibility.
- Analyse sales, category and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
- Track GMV/NSV, P&L, sell-through, availability, conversion, ASP, discounts and media performance.
- Present actionable business insights and forecasts to senior management.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with merchandising, planning, supply chain, finance, marketing and performance marketing teams.
- Ensure effective execution of launches, promotions and sale events.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in e-commerce / key account management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Myntra experience, preferably on the brand side.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, sportswear, footwear or lifestyle strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a significant Myntra business.
- Strong understanding of Myntra platform, PLA, promotions and account management.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and P&L skills.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of apparel assortment, inventory and sell-through.
- Experience building and executing JBPs with marketplace partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High ownership and execution orientation.
- MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
- Good to have international expansion to middle east handling Noon, Namshi, Stylii, etc.
