Job Title: Fitness Manager

Location: Fitness First, Saket, Delhi

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

- Oversee and lead a team of fitness trainers and support staff.

- Conduct regular meetings for training, motivation, and performance feedback.

2. Customer Experience:

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints.

- Develop personalized fitness programs and engage with members to enhance their experience.

3. Operations Management:

- Schedule classes, maintain gym equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

4. Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote gym events and offers.

5. Financial Management:

- Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective measures.

6. Program Development

- Design and implement innovative fitness programs and workshops.

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new fitness techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.

- Certification in fitness training (e.g., ACE, NASM).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate a team and clients.
