CureBay - Executive - CEO's Office - Strategy & Operations - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CEO on high-priority business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates for leadership meetings.
• Track key company metrics, identify business gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Finance to drive execution.
• Drive special projects from planning through implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Support partnership discussions, investor interactions, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure timely follow-up on key action items and strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

• MBA from Tier 1 college.
• 0-1 years of experience in Founders Office, CEO's Office, Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, or Program Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
