Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market and prospect research, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients. The role requires collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies that expand the client base and contribute to achieving business growth targets. Responsibilities also include managing and establishing relationships with prospects through different communication methods.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development (US/UK markets).
- Proven skills in identifying New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Communication abilities to engage and build relationships with potential clients
- Experience in Sales, with a results-driven approach to securing new business opportunities
- Proficiency in conducting Research to identify potential prospects and analyze market trends
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management platforms is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong expertise in outbound lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and email marketing.
- Experience managing and growing company profiles on freelancing and review platforms such as Upwork, G2, Clutch, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces (beyond profile optimization).
- Ability to write basic content for outreach and marketing use cases.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple platforms and strategies.
Preferred Attributes:
- Support basic content writing for outreach, email campaigns, and marketplace descriptions.
