Summary

Co-ordinate with Building Manager, Soft service Manager, Security Manager, Engineers and other HODs for an excellent Occupants relationship with respect to request/ complaints and Occupant's satisfaction. ro coordinate events, address issues of Occ\Jpants well in time and ensure Occupants retention. 

Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from Employee Satisfaction Survey to draw an action plan. 

Develop & rmplement the annual plan using customers and management inputs framework, linking the department's objectives to the unit's overall strategy. 
Monitor nnexgy consumption and design methods £or conservation and optimization of energy.  

Respcns.ihle for maintaining the physical plant that includes capital improvements and continuing renovations of the p􀇐opert:y. Maintain the fire saEety system through regular inspection and physical check. 
Coo_minatc closely with finance to achieve P&L target for collection and remain below wit:.h. tnrget expenses.
