Head - Sales - IT

Key requisites:

- 20-25 years of progressive experience in IT solution sales, with at least 7-10 years in senior leadership or strategic sales roles.
- Deep understanding of complex solution selling in IT services like Data Management, BCP and cybersecurity domains, particularly within the large enterprise and BFSI segments.
- Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing long-term strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Competence in sales planning, pipeline management, and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
- Agility to navigate evolving business environments, manage ambiguity, and proactively address client or operational challenges.
