Job Description
- You should have strong Relationship Building and Communication Skills with a background in Sales, particularly in Channel Sales. Experience in working with Dealers, System Integrators, and conducting Client Meetings is essential.
Our company specializes in Manufacturing, distribution, and System Integration of Electronic Security Systems such as CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, Fire Alarms, Time Attendance systems, PA systems, BMS, and UVSS technologies.
The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of Sales experience, focusing on selling solutions like CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems, as well as PA systems. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship between our organization and System Integrators in the region, consultants, and end-users, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to product ordering.
Your role will involve expanding geographical coverage by identifying and onboarding new partners in various cities within the region. You will also be required to engage partners through the Partner Interactive Program and establish and nurture relationships with both existing and potential solution partners to drive growth and explore new business opportunities.

Additionally, you will collaborate with MEP and PMC Consultants to enhance coverage in upcoming projects, contributing to the company's overall success.
This position is based in multiple locations including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Kochi, Jaipur, Hyderabad, among others.,
