Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and job boards.
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases accurately.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support the organization of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
