Responsibilities, Skills & Expertise:

• Drive end-to-end hiring for semiconductor design roles.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and subcontractor talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project scope, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Independently screen candidates and validate technical depth, project experience, tools, and technology node exposure.
• Assess talent across the semiconductor skills and screen profiles across VLSI, SoC, ASIC, RTL/Digital Design, Design Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Analog/AMS Verification/Design/Layout, etc.
• Ensure only technically qualified and requirement-aligned profiles are submitted to hiring managers.
• Maintain strong turnaround time (TAT) while ensuring quality of submissions.
• Strong analytical, evaluation, decision-making, and communication skills.
