Job Description
- You are an experienced and transformational technical program manager tasked with leading the creation, development, and delivery of Telecom Network solutions at Cyient. Your role involves designing and communicating innovative end-to-end network solutions to customers in collaboration with internal sales and delivery teams. You must demonstrate a proven track record of technical program management, strong leadership abilities, and telecommunication business development experience.
As a technical project manager, you will oversee multiple customer programs and manage customer deliveries in collaboration with onshore and offshore technical and delivery teams. Your responsibilities include developing proactive business proposals and approach notes to influence sales, conceptualizing and designing technological solutions for customers at a regional level, and aligning your vision with the global strategy group. Additionally, you will oversee the overall strategy, execution, and success of network infrastructure programs and lead solution presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science along with at least 15 years of experience in the Telecom Industry. You are expected to possess good knowledge of Routing & Switching, Commissioning & Decommissioning of networks, OSS Architecture & Products, Wireless transport networks, open APIs support, Wireline transport network, OTN, D/C-WDM devices, provisioning, management, 5G & Private Network, Architecture and Design of various Telecom Network Solutions, and experience in communications/Telecommunications industry in leading Consulting Systems/Solution integration business processes. Strong understanding of business and telecom methodologies and frameworks such as TM Forum Framework & eTOM, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD is required for this role.,
