Job Description
Age: 24 to 38 years
Education: Graduation (10th + 12th + 3 years of degree). Diploma holders not considered
Work Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of field sales experience with proven stability
Current Status: Must be presently employed
Location Stability: Should have been residing in the same city for at least 3 years
Performance Proof: Must have earned minimum 25,000 incentives in the past (document proof required)
Documents: All mandatory documents required for verification
Drive business through direct field sales and customer acquisition
Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance
Strong sales and target achievement orientation
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to convince, influence, and maintain long-term client relations
Good local market knowledge
CTC: Up to 4,00,000 per annum
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
