Job Description

As the Lead UI/UX Designer for Financial Services consolidation, you will be responsible for crafting the design strategy to merge two high-visibility domains into a unified AEM-based platform. Working closely with various teams, you will translate complex business objectives into intuitive and scalable user experiences. Your visionary leadership will establish design governance, promote a component-driven system, and ensure precise fidelity from Figma to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include owning the UX vision, defining design principles and success metrics aligned with organizational goals, overseeing a production-ready design system, leading a distributed UX/UI team through mentorship and design reviews, acting as the primary liaison with stakeholders, collaborating with technical teams for implementation, tracking key performance indicators, and advocating for accessibility and inclusivity.
You will drive strategic UX leadership by aligning design roadmaps with business and technical strategies, oversee the creation and maintenance of a modular design library, act as the design voice in cross-functional collaborations, lead stakeholder engagements, validate final builds, and ensure seamless handoff processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant field, have at least 7 years of UI/UX leadership experience in large enterprises or agencies, possess expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud, demonstrate a deep understanding of component-driven design and accessibility standards, showcase strong leadership and communication skills, be familiar with Agile/Scrum environments, and have a data-driven mindset for tracking UX performance metrics.
