Job Description
- As a Team Lead for .Net/Full-Stack at D-Techworks in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical aspects of projects with your 8-10 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Having hands-on experience in technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, APIs, MVC, and a strong background in MS SQL Server.
- Designing and understanding complex relational databases, optimizing performance, and writing SQL queries for such databases.
- Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and ensuring project delivery ownership by estimating efforts, planning, assigning tasks, and tracking status.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing the complete software lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Leading and collaborating with the team effectively, showcasing good work ethics, and providing motivation to team members.
- Creating technical documentation including design docs, deployment guides, and user manuals, as well as possessing strong communication skills for client interactions and internal presentations.
