Job Description
- As a part of this role, you will be responsible for providing on-the-job training to team members. This includes monitoring performance metrics such as Edge score, MSL, and order adherence. You will conduct training sessions using modules and classroom formats, teaching sales techniques and explaining incentive schemes clearly. It will also be your duty to ensure that team members complete all required training. Additionally, you will follow up on incentive programs with team leads and supervisors. In terms of administrative tasks, you will be handling data entry and maintaining proper documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint will be necessary for reporting and presentations.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Proven experience in training and development
- Strong understanding of sales techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
