SENIOR EXECUTIVE

MEP Project works (Mechanical & HVAC)

1. Should have strong knowledge in Air compressor, WTP, ETP ,Gas yards, HVAC & Fire fighting equipments. 
2. Shoul have work experiecne in greenfield projects and independently handling projects
3. Co-ordinate with general contractor for installation, erection, testing & commissioning of Air compressor, WTP, ETP ,Gas yards, HVAC & Fire fighting equipments, Pipelines etc
4. Deliver Projects from design phase to completion including all handover documentation
5. Should have dealt with Engineering documentation such as design planning, design preparation, design verification, design validation etc and Review the MEP Drawing, Technical Data sheet
6. Attend regular site meeting with general contractor. Produce Daily, weekly , Monthly reports to reporting manager on project performance
7. Ensure all safety procedures are followed as per the policy and ensure that all sub-contractors take appropraite steps 
8. Monitoring of all MEP works & site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the timeline and effective resource utilization
9. Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor for execution of the project within the timeline
10. Maintain a schedule of submission and responses for approvals, inpections, variations etc
11. Co-ordinate and resolve engineering issues and address it immediately 
12. Must known Auto CAD (Create, read & write) & MS office
13. Ensure compliance with local, state and central regulations regarding construction and safety obtaining necessary permits and approvals from governing bodies from PCB, PESO,FIre department
14. Should have experience in ETP,WTP design & related approvals from PCB. 

Diploma in Mechanical/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering

Skills: Good in Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving & Good Communication

Preferred 10-12 Years of Experience
