Dil Brands is a company that creates and operates virtual brands focused on fulfilling daily meal requirements in India. Through its virtual brands, Dil Brands helps small and medium-sized restaurants increase their asset and resources utilization.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive our business growth.

Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and implement ads and discounting strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all metrics are maintained required for order growth
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and market trends.
  • Frequent visits to outlets to solve operational challenges at partners outlets.
  • Strategic planning and basic level data forecasting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within the food and beverage industry.

    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
