Creative Designer (Print Advertisements)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer with a strong background in print advertisements to join India's largest newspaper Group. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of current market trends in print media.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop impactful print advertisements as per the given brief.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technology to create engaging and innovative designs.
• Ensure a quick turnaround time while maintaining high-quality output.
• Demonstrate strong self-dependence and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand design requirements.
• Work efficiently during odd hours when required to meet urgent deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field is preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in designing print advertisements.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful print advertisement designs.
• Proficient in design software with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced working conditions and deliver results efficiently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in print advertising campaigns across various categories is highly beneficial.
