DNA Growth is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Accounting Analyst to join our team in Mohali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, contributing to our overall financial health. You will leverage your expertise in accounting and tax regulations to support our business operations, prepare insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize both digital and physical financial records with a high degree of accuracy.

- Assess all business transactions and prepare detailed, accurate reports based on your findings.

- Coordinate with team members on income tax research and US Accounting planning to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Conduct periodic audits to guarantee the accuracy of financial records, expenses, and savings.

- Organize and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents, ensuring timely and correct submission.

- Contribute to the company's budgeting procedures and financial forecasting.

- Regularly brief management on the companys financial position and recommend solutions to improve results and efficiency.

- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes to streamline operations.

- Stay up-to-date on industry changes and new regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

- An MBA is highly preferred.

- Outstanding tax knowledge, with a strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams.
