The Senior Finance Manager Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This position requires a high level of expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, along with strong leadership skills to manage and guide the finance team.

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA, CS, CMS preferred.
- Minimum of 17 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
- FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Internal Controls: Maintain robust financial and internal control systems.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee processes and monitor performance.
- Variance Analysis: Identify and address discrepancies.
- Treasury and Forex Management: Manage cash, investments, and currency risk.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize liquidity and working capital.
- Corporate Finance: Lead M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
- Accounting: Oversee plant/manufacturing and corporate accounting.
- Compliance: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Taxation: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance.
- Export-Import: Oversee documentation and compliance.
- Due Diligence: Conduct financial and tax due diligence.
