Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist at Danish Business Services Private Limited in Chennai. The candidate will be closely working with the technical team of one of our Customers in Europe. The company provides a Asset Tracking software on the web as a SaaS product. It is a product being used by many customers to monitor and control their mobile assets and vehicles.

The Senior Data Scientist is a specialist in automotive and telematics data, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive insights that will shape the future of our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance our understanding of vehicle performance, driver behavior, and telematics systems.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data science, preferably within the automotive or telematics sectors.
• Technical Skills: Experience with data analysis tools and frameworks from Microsoft such as Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
