About the job:
- We are seeking a dynamic Sr Presales Business Analyst to lead our pre-sales activities for ecommerce solutions.
Role : Sr Presales Business Analyst - Magento/Ecommerce
Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai
Experience: 4 - 7 years
Job Type: Full-Time
- This role is exclusively focused on pre-sales, requiring a candidate who can bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, ultimately helping to win new business.
- You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, conducting demonstrations, and defining project scope for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and document functional/technical specifications (BRD, FRS, SOW).
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Create detailed estimations, wireframes, and project documentation to support the Business Development team.
- Act as a key liaison between the client and internal technical teams during the pre-sales phase.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and support strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 4-7 years of experience in a pre-sales Business Analyst role within ecommerce.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Commerce / Magento platform features and functionality.
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and presentation skills (BRD, FRS, PPT).

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to create estimates and solution proposals for ecommerce projects.
Good-to-Have:

- Knowledge of other ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe products.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing the lead-to-sales pipeline.

- Strong team player with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
