Operations Management Consultant

What role you will play in team: You'll work closely with clients to optimize their operational processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

What you will do: Conduct process mapping and analysis, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of implemented changes.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct process mapping and analysis of client operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement operational improvement solutions.
• Measure the impact of implemented changes and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations management or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
