Talent Acquisition Executive

Salary Range: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Datastraw Technologies is an AI operating company that helps modern businesses scale through a combination of people, technology, data, automation and AI. We currently specialise in customer experience (CX), helping brands manage and improve their customer interactions across channels while building the systems and AI-powered solutions that make their operations faster, more efficient and scalable.

We’re looking for someone to join our Talent & People team, with Talent Acquisition as the primary responsibility.

This role goes beyond filling open positions. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines for current and future requirements, and develop a strong network of potential candidates.

You’ll also work with our Tech team to improve recruitment through AI, automation and better systems, while supporting onboarding, employee experience and other People & Culture initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to grow beyond recruitment execution into broader Talent, People & Culture, and talent systems ownership. As Datastraw scales, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we discover, evaluate, engage and hire talent.
