Position: Lead / Sr. Lead Software Engineer - QA

- Requisite Qualification: MCA, BCA, B.Tech or higher in CS / IT fields
As the Lead QA Engineer, a person will work collaboratively to define, develop, maintain and deliver Software testing requirements. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the QA Test Lead will also act as an advocate for QA best practices and lead initiatives to improve test processes, extend the use of tools/frameworks (where appropriate) and support the development of test team members. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the testing of software produced across a specific test phase, technical domain or product set, ensuring quality standards are met for any changes d
Key Responsibilities
- Create, Execute & Report TEST CASE PLAN as per the SPECIFICATION document
- Audit user stories and acceptance criteria (BDD & TDD)
- Interface with the Support team for Customer Queries / Bugs and their resolution
- Write / Edit automation scripts as per the UI layouts
- Understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Working experience on ERP modules, Appium, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Page Object Model
- Experience in testing RESPONSIVE designs
