Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the unit's comprehensive P&L, driving aggressive revenue growth and ensuring optimal profitability for all business verticals.
• Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies tailored for print, radio, and digital platforms, aligning with corporate objectives and local market dynamics.
• Cultivate and nurture high-value B2B relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and corporate clients to secure long-term partnerships and maximize advertising revenue.
• Oversee Category Management initiatives, optimizing inventory utilization, pricing strategies, and product offerings to enhance market competitiveness and yield.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform strategic business decisions.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operational functions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure operational efficiency and strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance across all unit activities.
• Collaborate effectively with corporate leadership and support functions to ensure strategic alignment, resource optimization, and seamless execution of initiatives.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated leadership in managing large business units or regional operations, with a clear track record of achieving aggressive P&L targets.
• Profound expertise in sales strategy, revenue planning, and B2B marketing, particularly within the media or related industries.
• Strong acumen in Category Management, including product lifecycle management, pricing, and inventory optimization.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Highly analytical mindset, adept at interpreting complex market data to formulate actionable strategies and drive informed decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or a related field from a premier institution is highly preferred.
• This is an on-site role requiring a strong local presence and understanding of the regional market.
