What This Role Is All About

You will be the primary point of contact between 8 to 12 Australian construction businesses and our estimating teams in Pune. When a builder in Melbourne has a major tender deadline, you are the person who ensures they feel supported, updated, and confident working with us.

This is not typical customer service. This is strategic relationship management where you own the entire client experience from onboarding through to long-term partnership.

Our clients do not want generic offshore support. They want a partner who communicates better, follows through better, and understands their priorities.

Your job is to deliver this experience every day.

We process over 150 estimates each month for builders and contractors across Australia. Our strong retention exists because we prioritise communication, transparency, and reliability. You will join a company solving a genuine industry problem: limited estimating capacity that costs builders real opportunities.


What You'll Actually Do

Own the Complete Client Relationship

  • Manage 8 to 12 Australian clients as their dedicated success manager.
  • Provide daily proactive updates on all active jobs through dashboards, email, and calls.
  • Respond to client queries promptly during Australian business hours (9 am to 5 pm AEDT).
  • Coordinate seamlessly between clients and estimating teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Be the Face of Transparency

  • Maintain project dashboards with daily progress screenshots and clear status updates.
  • Conduct video calls and walk clients through estimates via screen share.
  • Anticipate questions and solve issues before clients need to ask.
  • Turn delays, risks, or challenges into trust-building moments with exceptional communication.

Drive Client Success and Growth

  • Guide clients through onboarding to long-term partnership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Capture feedback and work with leadership to improve delivery workflows.
  • Build relationships so strong that clients cannot imagine working without you.

What You Must Have

Communication Excellence

  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
  • Confident, professional presence on video calls and screen shares
  • Clear, engaging phone communication with Australian business clients
  • Excellent written communication with strong attention to clarity and grammar
  • Ability to adapt to Australian business communication norms

Proactive Ownership Mindset

  • Respond quickly and take responsibility for clients without being reminded
  • Anticipate problems three steps ahead and address them early
  • Think naturally in terms of "my clients, my responsibility"
  • Stay calm, structured, and solutions-focused

Technical Capability

  • Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills
  • Quick learner for project management and construction platforms such as Plutio, EstimateOne, and BuildXact
  • Comfortable recording videos, sharing screens, and managing dashboards
  • Highly organised and process-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Construction background with prior experience with construction standards overseas will be looked at favourably.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in client-facing or account management roles
  • Experience with Australian or Western clients is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships
  • Experience in construction or technical services is beneficial but not required
