Job Description
- Role Overview:
You are an experienced and dynamic Lead HR responsible for driving the human resources function. This independent contributor role requires a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in various HR areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, HR automation, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments to meet staffing needs effectively, utilizing hiring platforms efficiently.
- Onboarding: Conduct background checks, ensure seamless onboarding & joining formalities, design structured induction programs for new joiners, and conduct probation reviews for smooth transitions and on-the-job training.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee HR operations from onboarding to exit, including maintaining accurate employee records.
- Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews, support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Learning & Development: Plan quarterly leadership, functional, and organizational training programs to upskill the staff.
- Engagement Activities: Create, manage & implement the annual engagement calendar, including birthdays, events, offsites, and more.
- HR Policies & Documentation: Ensure adherence to key HR policies, and timely issuance of offer letters, confirmations, and relieving letters.
- Grievance Redressal: Address employee concerns promptly, foster a positive work culture, actively manage retention, and enhance staff morale.
- HR Automation: Streamline processes through digital tools and automation implementation.
Qualification Required:

- Specialization in HR would be preferred.
- Strong understanding of all HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
