About the Role

We are seeking an HR / People Operations SME (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on human resources, talent management, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, people analytics, and AI-generated HR content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated HR policies, recruitment content, employee communications, performance management materials, onboarding documentation, HR workflows, and people operations guidance. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for HR automation, talent acquisition, employee support, workforce management, and enterprise productivity.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in human resources, people operations, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, learning & development, compensation & benefits, or HR consulting.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated job descriptions, interview guides, employee handbooks, HR policies, offer letters, onboarding materials, performance review templates, and employee communications.
• Evaluate HR workflows involving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, offboarding, leave management, payroll coordination, and organizational development.
• Verify AI-generated guidance against established HR best practices, organizational policies, labor regulations, and workplace standards.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, policy inconsistencies, compliance risks, biased language, procedural gaps, and employee experience issues.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in HR operations, talent management, policy generation, and employee support.
• 
  Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Management, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Consulting, or Organizational Development.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Developing or implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
• Supporting performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Reviewing HR communications for clarity, compliance, and professionalism.
• Evaluating AI-generated HR content for accuracy, practicality, and regulatory alignment.
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, ADP, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar HR technologies is preferred.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make fair, evidence-based evaluation decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent HR certifications.
• Experience working in multinational organizations, HR consulting firms, staffing agencies, technology companies, or shared services environments.
• Expertise in one or more HR specialties such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or Workforce Planning.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated HR policies, interview questions, employee communications, recruitment workflows, or HR chatbots.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), AI benchmarking, or enterprise AI evaluation is an advantage.
• Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, DEI initiatives, change management, or organizational design is a plus.
