RevOps & GTM Engineer

We supply training data, evaluation benchmarks, and data-generation infrastructure to frontier AI labs, Big Tech, and enterprises across multimodal, coding, research, robotics, and agentic AI. Overview
We're hiring a RevOps & GTM Engineer to run the machinery behind our revenue engine. We are looking for someone who knows HubSpot inside out (data models, sales ops, marketing ops), and can then build on top of that (automation, agents, signals, enrichment, etc).
Responsibilities
- Architect HubSpot. Own the data model, objects, properties, lifecycle stages, and deal pipelines so the CRM reflects how we actually sell.
- Pipeline and forecasting. Define deal stages, keep records accurate, and build dashboards leadership trusts.
- Scale marketing ops. Build nurture, lists, forms, and lead scoring. Manage event data and follow-ups for conferences, and track event ROI in pipeline terms.
- Build signal-based prospecting. Define what counts as buying intent, capture it from outbound and inbound signals, and give sellers decision-ready context, not just lead records.
- Automate the manual work. Build enrichment and de-dup pipelines, n8n workflows, and AI agents that keep the CRM clean and current.
- Own the stack. Decide what to keep, consolidate, or cut. Manage vendors and licenses, and make sure sellers actually use what you build.
Who we're looking for

- 3-4 years in RevOps, sales ops, marketing ops, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS or AI company.
- Deep HubSpot experience across marketing and sales: data models, workflows, scoring, routing, pipelines, and reporting. Not just form-building.
- An AI-native builder. You ship scripts and tools with Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Working Python or JavaScript. Comfortable with APIs and webhooks, and able to debug a broken sync without waiting for engineering.
- Experience with outbound tooling and email deliverability (Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, etc).
- Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Outcomes
- Inbound leads and high-intent signals reach an account owner within minutes.
- Sellers trust their pipeline and know why every account is in it.
- Every event has a follow-up owner and a pipeline number attached.
- Leadership gets a weekly forecast from HubSpot without anyone building it by hand.
- The stack is smaller, better documented, and more used than when you started.
