Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Fit Out
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales growth for DEEJOS Interiors LLC in Dubai. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities in the villa, apartment, office, and retail interior design and fit-out segment. The position involves prospecting, client meetings, closing deals, and managing client relationships end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Build relationships with villa and apartment owners, real estate brokers, and developers.
- Handle inbound enquiries, conduct client meetings, and pitch DEEJOS Interiors services.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with the design and project management team.
- Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams to align sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all client expectations are met from enquiry to handover.
- Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the Head of Operations and Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years in business development or sales, specifically in Dubai’s interior design, fit-out, or construction sector.
Skills:
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking ability in the Dubai market
- Proven sales closing capability
- Professional client handling
- Knowledge of Dubai interior fit-out industry
