Sales Executive

Job description / Role

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, conducting site visits, explaining our design packages, and converting leads into confirmed interior projects. You’ll represent DEEJOS Interiors with confidence and clarity, ensuring a professional and transparent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to new enquiries via website, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social platforms
- Schedule and attend site visits to understand client requirements
- Explain DEEJOS’s design packages and fit-out offerings clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain timely communication
- Coordinate with the design team for proposals and presentations
- Present mood boards, quotations, and project timelines to clients
- Finalize scope, secure advance payments, and close deals

Requirements:

- Proven experience in interior sales, real estate sales, or luxury product sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai residential and interior design market is a plus
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality
- Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
